Join Civica as Senior Housing Cx Consultant and contribute to delivering critical services for citizens worldwide by implementing and configuring housing software, providing consultancy and support services, and working closely with internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Housing Market
• Up-to-date with policies for Social Housing
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working directly with customers & in a customer-facing role
• Ability to manage expectations and control change in an IT projects environment
• Ability to inform and persuade others
• Highly analytical & a problem solver
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Civica's Housing Software
• Provide onsite and remote consultancy, services, and support for customers during implementation, post-live, testing, training, and attend and deliver presentations or demonstrations to customers
• Document customer configuration requirements and assist in updating and developing tailored training courses for customers
• Work closely with various internal teams to contribute to product specification, testing, and recommendations for product enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting demonstrations in front of customers
• Experience working with process-based applications
• Experience with documentation
