Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in HR management, ideally within a recruitment, outsourcing, or consulting environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations across Australia and New Zealand
- Adaptability & Versatility: Required to work with multiple businesses simultaneously across multiple industries and business sizes
- Strategic Thinking and Process Development: Ability to develop scalable HR programs, with experience in creating structured processes, systems, and best practices for an HR service offering
- Leadership and Team Development: Proven success in building, leading, and motivating a high-performing HR team
- Client-Focused Mindset: Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide strategic insights and build trusted partnerships
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Qualifications: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement HR Processes and Systems
- Design and establish core HR processes, workflows, and systems that align with the HR Outsourced Partner Program objectives
- Standardize HR policies, onboarding procedures, and operational frameworks for consistency and quality control
- Establish compliance protocols to meet employment regulations across Australia and New Zealand, adapting processes to client needs
- Drive the development of the HR outsourcing program, including initial program design, client onboarding systems, service delivery frameworks, and quality assurance protocols
- Collaborate with senior management to create a strategic roadmap for program scalability, client acquisition, and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each clientโs business model, industry, and workforce needs to tailor HR services effectively
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of HR professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality outsourced HR solutions to clients
- Create a supportive and collaborative team culture focused on client satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence
- Develop career paths and mentorship opportunities within the team to promote growth, professional development, and retention
- Serve as the senior HR partner to clients, providing strategic insights, HR solutions, and guidance on HR best practices tailored to their industry
- Maintain a client-centric approach, regularly gathering feedback, assessing satisfaction, and adapting service offerings to meet evolving needs
- Facilitate regular client meetings either virtually or in person and provide transparent updates, performance metrics, and consultative support to enhance client engagement and trust
- Ensure that all HR practices within the program adhere to legal standards and compliance requirements across Australia and New Zealand
- Proactively monitor regulatory changes, advising clients on their impact and updating HR policies and processes as needed
- Establish and implement risk management practices to mitigate potential HR-related risks for both the agency and clients
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the HR Outsourced Partner Program and establish regular reporting
- Use data and client feedback to evaluate program performance, team effectiveness, and client satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular reviews of processes, tools, and service standards to ensure ongoing improvements in efficiency, client satisfaction, and scalability
