Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of HR Business Partner experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive employee engagement in our Japan organization
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of top talent aligned with our company growth
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and employee feedback mechanisms
- Design and manage performance management systems that align individual performance with organizational objectives and drive our pay for performance philosophy
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, while adopting best practices in HR management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, promoting professional growth and enhancing HR capabilities across the region
