Summary

The HR Director will develop and implement a strategic human resource mechanism for a DAO dedicated to tech advancements, oversee talent acquisition and management, manage daily HR operations, and foster team cohesion. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HR management, preferably within the tech industry or a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience in human resource management, preferably within the tech industry or a high-growth environment
• Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a decentralized, fast-paced, and innovative environment

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive human resource mechanism that supports the DAO's long-term strategy and vision
• Design and build an efficient, globally operational HR team capable of meeting the organization's future needs
• Attract and recruit future tech family office entrepreneurs and platform advisors in line with the company's platform requirements
• Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates
• Manage all aspects of HR operations, including talent recruitment, HR administration, compensation and benefits, and talent analysis
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Shape, maintain, and promote the DAO's vision and values, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment
• Strengthen team and member cohesion through effective communication and leadership
• Develop and manage the DAO's talent incentive program
