Join the journey! We are seeking an Industry Director (m/w/d) for the Manufacturing industry to connect branch-specific requirements, challenges, and opportunities with the latest IT trends. As a representative of the industry, you will work together with our team of experts and customers to create an IT roadmap that enables them to operate flexibly and successfully in the market.

Responsibilities

• Define Value Propositiones on basis of our solution portfolio, aligned with trends in the Manufacturing industry
• Beautify our customers, especially C-Level, with the latest business and IT trends and shape the sales strategy
• Act as a liaison between customer strategy and business case/project including sales, solution architects, and project management to enrich technical expertise with industry knowledge
• Provide advisory services for customers, analyze business models, processes, and requirements, and lead to sustainable project goals and input for the creation of IT roadmap and project management plan
• Steer changes during the program/project while keeping an eye on project goals, provide direction, and ensure quality control is your priority
• Work with marketing to strengthen the HSO brand by organizing customer events or creating content such as industry-specific whitepapers, eBooks, success stories/references that identify current industry trends and describe their impact
