Requirements

  • Goal- and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple processes efficiently
  • An analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Process-oriented with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ years of sales/account management experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs, with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or another CRM system
  • Managed the post-sales/onboarding process for customers
  • Built relationships cross-functionally across a business, while being self-sufficient in day-to-day operations

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities by engaging with new prospects and guiding them through all stages of the sales cycle
  • Acting as an ambassador of Payoneer and demonstrating a deep understanding of Payoneerโ€™s solution stack, communicating the value proposition effectively to new prospects
  • Working with internal teams to successfully onboard customers to the platform and proactively solving issues faced along the way
  • Managing multiple channels of communication in a high-volume environment
  • Collecting and sharing the voice of the customer with stakeholders
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to share insights and create a cohesive customer journeyโ€”from driving better lead quality and conversion to smooth customer handoffs
  • Delivering and ideally exceeding quarterly sales targets
