Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications efficiently
• Schedule meetings and maintain accurate records
• Provide support to families, addressing their needs and concerns
• Assist with the intake process, including collecting and verifying necessary documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Collect and verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
• Assist with billing and coding for insurance claims
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records
