Requirements
- Must have previous facilitation experience in call center sales environments and working knowledge of system processes to ensure successful delivery of training
- Proven experience as a virtual facilitator or similar role, with a strong understanding of online facilitation best practices
- Experience in Medicare and ACA
- Excellent verbal, written and calendar maintenance skills with the experience of creating and conducting effective presentations
- Prior call center leadership experience
- Ability to employ effective engagement techniques to transfer ownership of the learning experience to the participants
- Detail oriented and exhibit proficiency in follow-up and time management skills
- Have good attendance and flexible schedule to train in hours that meet business needs
- Ability to utilize innovative approach to facilitation through knowledge of adult learning methodologies
- Create and maintain an effective learning environment through facilitative leadership
- 2+ year experience in designing and developing training content
- Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Providing virtual facilitation and adult learning subject matter expertise on special projects to help deliver on key initiatives
- Facilitate virtual training for designated licensed and/or non-licensed agents with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual setting
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with managers, colleagues, and other departments
- Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction that meets the needs of adult learners
- Prepare instructional materials and presentations
- Cross collaboration with various stakeholders to identify training needs, identify performance gaps, and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs
- Develop new or modify existing content that includes clear objectives for all trainings, workshops, activities, and projects
- Provide a positive environment and manage group conduct to promote active engagement of participants in the learning process
- Track metrics and performance of new hire
