Requirements

  • Broad understanding of the different payer/payer influencer stakeholders, value drivers and processes responsible for unlocking access in different global markets
  • Well-versed in national market access archetypes, with a focus on patient access over and above the narrower set of stakeholders, evidence and processes to achieve national HTA and includes patient access in the absence of a nationally reimbursed model
  • High drive and resilience to role model how to juggle multiple priorities, navigate challenges and develop flexible, innovative course-correction to deliver to client needs profitably
  • Creative flair for cutting through technical complexity to develop high impact β€œsnackable” visual communication that sells concepts and ideas
  • Strong team leader to proactively support both the wider GPASC practice and the wider PAVE consultancy team with selling and delivery as needed

Responsibilities

  • Drive thought leadership and design, sell, and deliver de-novo patient access consultancy solutions to meet current and emerging needs of pharma/biotech global market access teams
  • Take a leadership role within the GPASC practice to help shape and work with leadership the strategic direction of a set of service offerings
  • Business development with an expectation to create and drive thought leadership and to build a portfolio of business with new and existing clients
  • Work with senior global/ regional market access clients to anticipate and implement solutions and initiatives to ensure that fully enabled in-market patient access and commercial pull through is achieved as close as possible to marketing authorization and sustained until loss of exclusivity
