Remote Interior Design Practice Leader

Join us as we seek a creative leader to oversee our firmwide interior design practice. As the leader of this practice, you will be responsible for driving growth and impact through innovative design solutions, client leadership, and external activities that advance the firm's brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, interior architecture or architecture required
• Current NCIDQ certification preferred
• 18 years minimum experience in a design leadership role, of which a minimum of 5 years are leading others in a design studio or design practice segment required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of a firmwide creative practice for CannonDesign
• Be responsible for the oversight and leadership of creative and innovation excellence in the interiors practice within the company
• Develop and advance strategic initiatives that advance an innovative practice
• Lead the development of the Practice Business Plan, outlining strategies and actionable items to improve the practice
• Contribute to the success of the firm by setting new thresholds for creativity and innovation, defining new strategies for market differentiation, business development, and client positioning

Benefits

• Salary range: $164,650 to $205,813 annually
