Requirements
- Previous industry outside sales experience and/or showroom experience
- Show strong follow-through and a good sense of building a business
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Display a sincere interest in design and want to further succeed in the industry
- Exude a personal style that can be translated to the interior design profession
Responsibilities
- Call, visit, and connect with current customers and prospects for new customers
- Schedule and give product presentations to increase sales and optimize brand presence
- Ensure all appropriate brands are properly represented in our residential customerβs offices and projects
- Strengthen existing customer relationships measured by increased activity and monitored through our CRM technology including maintaining customer contact records
- Maintain book libraries and/or memo bins
- Work with Regional VP of Sales to prepare targeted monthly sales plans
- Scheme fabrics, trims, and wallcovering for our clientele with consistent follow through
- Partner with our showroom to maximize opportunities with road accounts
- Assist with administrative duties such as order follow-up, scheduling, and outreach initiatives
