Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support/operations role, with a strong desire to learn and grow in DevOps
• Hands-on experience with JAMF
• Okta administration expertise
• Experience supporting remote employees with IT requests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to patiently troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for team members of varying technical abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and operational efficiency
• Ability to be part of an on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members in collaboration with HR and Recruiting, ensuring smooth IT setup and handoff
• Oversee JAMF administration to keep team hardware and software secure and up-to-date
• Configure and manage Okta for streamlined access control and security
• Support team members by troubleshooting IT issues
• Develop DevOps skills over time, contributing to infrastructure maintenance, handling feature requests, and responding to on-call support as needed
• Support security audits and help ensure compliance across IT operations
• Evaluate, select, and monitor SaaS tools to improve organizational efficiency
• Collaborate on security and data privacy compliance, supporting company-wide policies
