Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and progress reports
  • Use Python to automate project management tasks, data collection, and reporting processes
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals
  • Define and implement PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance project efficiency
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear project expectations and updates
  • Monitor and track project deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Provide risk management, change management, and resource planning support for ongoing projects
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future processes

We’re seeking an experienced IT PMO with a strong background in Python programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution and delivery of IT projects while utilizing Python to automate processes and enhance data analysis. This role requires a combination of project management expertise and technical skills to drive efficiency and successes across multiple IT initiatives.

THINGS YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
