Responsibilities

  • Optimize the CRM segmentation strategy that underpins our marketing campaigns
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Meet with key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on-time and to spec
  • Support our CRM Managers in the delivery of lifecycle comms and technical implementations

We are currently looking for a Junior CRM Manager (all genders) based in Berlin.

Your Mission with us:

To drive incremental growth of the CRM channel through the development and optimization of strategic marketing campaigns (email, web and mobile).

Your tasks:

  • Optimize the CRM segmentation strategy that underpins our marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Meet with key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on-time and to spec.
  • Support our CRM Managers in the delivery of lifecycle comms and technical implementations.

You bring to Lingoda:

  • Previous experience working in a CRM, growth or lifecycle marketing role.
  • Strong experience of campaign planning and execution.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • A familiarity with customer segmentation.
  • Experience running tests and capturing learnings.
  • A love for data.
  • A proven track record of delivering to deadlines.
