Remote Junior Internal Communication Manager

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within internal communications or a related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of internal communication principles
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively
• Competent written and verbal communication
• Advanced English, other languages are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Writing and editing texts for internal communications
• Posting video recordings on the Intranet
• Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings
• Maintaining and updating calendars for corporate events
• Assisting in the coordination of corporate events and activities
• Monitoring and responding to employee inquiries through internal communication channels
• Collaborating with team members to generate creative content ideas
• Providing administrative support for internal communication projects (assistance with conducting engagement surveys, tagging open feedback, and conducting surveys and interviews)
• Collecting employee’s feedback by various methods
• Interacting with designers, partners and contractors on events and projects
