Requirements

  • Web research and data entry/processing experience
  • PC proficiency, strong skills with Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Basic familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for lead generation
  • Ability to follow instructions closely with a strong sense of accountability and reliable work ethic
  • Sharp analytical and organizational skills, keen attention to detail
  • Effective time management and task prioritization
  • Pre-Intermediate+ English level
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed research and provide valuable and timely insights on your findings
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to conduct web research to identify leads and gather relevant information for marketing purposes
  • Qualify (categorize, rank, and evaluate) identified leads based on outlined criteria
  • Create and maintain detailed records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Generate and deliver timely reports, provide status updates to keep managers informed and enhance visibility
  • Conduct standard research tasks (e.g., finding companies by industry/product, locating trainers or speakers, and identifying event venues)
  • Support other teams with related research tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of CRM principles, working experience with Hubspot CRM
  • Familiarity with the IT industry, including a general understanding of key technologies and roles
