Summary

Join our Sales Team as a Key Account Manager and drive sales with existing and new customers in the offline retail channel. You will be part of a collaborative team of six skilled colleagues across Europe, focusing on nurturing relationships with key customers and supporting the acquisition of new accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent vocational training
  • Proven track record in Key Account Management/Sales, with extensive experience managing large, complex accounts in the FMCG/CPG sector
  • Strong understanding of the DACH offline retail market and trade structures, particularly within a focus on grocers and drugstores
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, acting as a key internal and external liaison with a results-driven approach
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with experience collaborating across departments such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; comfortable with numbers/data and adept at using analytics and presentation tools
  • Business fluent in both German and English, written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus
  • Possess a valid driver's license (B) and openness to occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the performance of key accounts within the DACH market, ensuring that financial targets are consistently met or exceeded
  • Develop and implement tailored customer strategies that encompass portfolio, pricing, & category mgmt., aligned with our company objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sustainable growth
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align strategies and achieve shared goals
  • Assist in acquiring new key accounts, driving market penetration and expanding our footprint within the offline sales channel
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our offline retail channel
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, consistently seeking opportunities to optimize processes and shape ways of working
  • Work alongside a high-performing team, sharing best practices, and striving for collective success
