Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in solution sales, preferably in the IT or digital sector
- Sales experience in relevant industries such as consumer goods, electronics and high-tech, OEM/industrial products, wholesale or retail (B2B, B2C, B2B2C)
- Demonstrable success in account management, ideally in the sales of platform solutions such as SAP Commerce, Commercetools, Emporix, Acquia, Bloomreach, Stibo Systems or Contentserv
- Strong negotiation and communication skills at management level
- Deep understanding of digital services and technologies, ideally also for AI-supported solutions
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Fluent in German and English
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the strategic support and development of our key accounts
- Build long-term and trusting customer relationships with a focus on increasing sales
- Identify growth potential and business opportunities in existing and new markets
- Lead offer processes and negotiate framework agreements at management level
- Work closely with internal teams to develop individual solutions for our customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Support the development and implementation of industry-specific sales strategies that position SQLI as a leading partner for digital transformation
