Remote Language Interpreter

Summary

Join our team as a Language Interpreter! We are seeking individuals to work on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and their native language, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently from home.

Requirements

• Excellent English and Fluent in their respective native language (Able to read & write)
• Only Nationals / Permanent Residence with sound knowledge in both languages
• Own home internet (stable internet), minimum of 10MB download and 5MB upload speed
• Need own mobile phone Android Version 6 and above or IOS 12 and above

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly
• Conduct interpretation in a friendly and professional manner
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol
• Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions
• Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the call at all times
• Maintain punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours
• Follow client instructions, in compliance with protocol to ensure client expectations are met with the Limited English-speaking Person (LEP)
