Remote Large Loss Lead

Summary

Join our team as a Claims Team Lead with experience in significant structural damages to spearhead our Large Loss Division in personal lines claims (homeowners, condo, renters). In this role, you'll supervise the resolution of property losses across all peril types, ensure customer expectations are met or surpassed, and leverage your expertise in large loss management.

Requirements

• 10+ years in property (home, renters, condo) claim-handling, with exceptional dwelling damage estimating skills and a steadfast commitment to customers
• Demonstrated experience managing structural losses exceeding $100K
• A customer-obsessed mindset, and a surplus of empathy, patience, and positivity
• Familiarity with prominent national property service vendors, like Serv-Pro, Crawford and Co
• Property Adjuster license in states such as NY, CA, FL or others
• Mastery of Xactware products
• Experience handling Large Losses related to wildfire, especially in California and other western states
• Familiarity with Department of Insurance compliance requirements across all states

Responsibilities

• Be dedicated to supervising the resolution of property losses across all peril types, from water damages to fires, storms, and more
• Ensure the team not only meets, but surpasses customer expectations
• Leverage your expertise in large loss management, and aim to redefine industry standards
• Be entrusted with guiding, mentoring, and overseeing a remote team of specialists

Benefits

$105,000-125,000 annually plus equity + benefits
