Summary

Join ALTEN, a global leader in Engineering and IT Services, as a Launch Engineer supporting the launch phase for an OEM motor's manufacturing plant in Saltillo. You will manage projects, prepare and follow up on master plans and timing plans, validate layouts, support process and manufacturing engineering, lead teams, manage engineering change requests, and manage technical information for equipment and tools. The role requires an Industrial Engineering diploma or similar, 3-5 years of experience, and skills in Core Tool management, S&R and Traceability, financial analysis, leadership, communication, production and logistics, and launch project management.
