Requirements

  • Expert understanding of Figma
  • 3+ years of experience from either an in-house team (particularly in tech, payments, or fintech) or a respected branding agency
  • A strong portfolio that reflects a diverse range of projects across different media, showcasing your versatility and expertise in brand and website design
  • Strong determination, attention to detail, and the ability to captivate audiences visually
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Evolve and mature our overall brand identity, distilling our disruptive vision and translating the currently fuzzy aspects of our brand into something compelling, memorable and tangible
  • Own and evolve the design, UX & UI of our website, understanding our distinct audience goals and identifying opportunities to improve both the creative flair & user journey in collaboration with our website Developer
  • Support campaign creative development across email, organic and paid social, with a deep understanding of how to capture audience attention on competitive channels
  • Improve InDebted’s brand identity and brand guidelines, updating core collateral and templates over time
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the InDebted marketing team, contractors, and internal stakeholders understand and use the brand consistently
  • Collaborate with our product design team to support consistency and improve the customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the company to take design projects from concept to completion
