Summary
Join Ivanti as a Go to Market Enablement Manager to empower our sales team. You will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement enablement strategies, support sales managers in identifying training needs, create and deliver training materials, and measure the impact of initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of sales training best practices, expertise in planning and facilitating training, and strong project management skills. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, communication, and analytical abilities. Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation)
- Expert ability to plan, create and facilitate in-person and virtual training
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (Command of the Message and MEDDPICC), sales process, and buyer's journey alignment
- Strong ability to manage projects from concept to completion
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
- Strong internal negotiating skills within a context of political sensitivity and conflicting interests
- Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment
- Knowledge of IT and/or Security market categories including service management, unified endpoint management, endpoint security, network security, risk-based vulnerability management, and/or attack surface management
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enablement and Sales Leadership to execute enablement strategies to support Ivantiβs Go to Market sales motions
- Support front line sales managers in identifying enablement needs and drive innovation in sales training and content delivery methods
- Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support customer facing roles
- Facilitate training to field sales organization to reinforce adoption of key programs
- Measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales performance and ROI
- Drive innovation in sales training and content delivery methods
