Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Expertise in supply chain systems (e.g., BlueYonder, BluJay, Llamasoft)
• Strong Agile experience and leadership in development teams
• Proven ability to mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of databases, system integration, and supply chain processes

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of Supply Chain Systems
• Provide architectural oversight and technical direction to ensure best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Stay current with supply chain technologies, driving innovation within the team
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and provide continuous feedback to ensure code quality
• Guide developers in their career growth and understanding of supply chain systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Ensure development tasks are scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time
• Work with Product Owners to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are aligned with business needs
• Design and implement software solutions that improve supply chain efficiency
• Apply best practices in demand planning, transportation, and inventory optimization
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and IT teams to align technical and business solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical tasks
• Ensure alignment of supply chain systems with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM)
• Lead project planning and prioritization to meet business objectives
• Identify risks in software development and propose solutions
• Continuously improve development processes for efficiency and scalability
• Lead integration of supply chain systems with ERPs, CRMs, and WMS to streamline operations
• Implement automation strategies to enhance supply chain performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and microservices
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Experience with optimization algorithms in supply chain
• Knowledge of ERP systems integration
