Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Life Insurance Brokerage Manager at a general agency and familiar with multiple carriers
• An existing network of life insurance and financial advisors who view you as their 'go to' person
• Consistently generating a minimum of $1 million in annual life insurance premium
• A strong understanding of life insurance case design
• A sense of urgency and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Amazing communication skills and is able to speak with confidence
• The ability to truly listen to their advisors and then share that feedback to help the company improve its product offerings

Responsibilities

• Outbound activities to recruit and onboard new life insurance agents and financial advisors
• Maintain positive relationships with all advisors you manage, focusing on achieving results
• Be the quarterback for your advisors - you'll be hands-on, running illustrations, helping with case design, providing guidance to advisors, aid in submitting new business, and helping close the case with the carriers
• Focus on higher-end cases
• Be an advisor to your advisors, and listen to their feedback so you can share it with the company
