Summary

Join Bitso as a Sales Executive and spearhead our growth by securing commercial deals in key markets. You will collaborate extensively, strategize effectively, and meticulously manage the sales pipeline. Success involves a 360 sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and working with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding. You'll also contribute to maintaining and expanding the sales funnel, tracking KPIs, and reporting to senior management. Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in a sales position
  • 3 years of experience selling remittances
  • Developed and executed comprehensive sales strategies for a full suite of Forex products (e.g., spot, forwards, options, cross-currency swaps) for institutional and corporate clients
  • Previous sales experience at a financial institution/large brokerage firm
  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our USP to win new business
  • Collaborate with Marketing to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads
  • Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs
  • 360 sales cycle, open and close new business
  • Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process
  • Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management
  • Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition to production
  • Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved, and customers have an exceptional experience
