Summary
Join Riveron, a firm specializing in intelligent manufacturing solutions, and contribute to the development and deployment of plant floor technology. This role involves scripting and executing plant floor technology, managing key vendor relationships, and interfacing with clients throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and at least three years of experience in developing SCADA, MES, and shop floor solutions. Requirements
- Bachelorβs in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or related engineering field or relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing SCADA, MES, and shop floor solutions; preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience working with Inductive Automations Ignition Platform
- Experience interfacing with ERP and MES systems
- A working knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 technologies and practices
- Ability to manage time appropriately to meet project budgets and/or report up as necessary
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements at any one time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to work remotely and manage time/tasks independently
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, program, and implement Industry 4.0 and IIoT focused technology
- Build applications that interface with PLCβs, HMIβs, Databases, and Cloud Ingestion endpoints
- Write structured and well-documented code
- Design intuitive, easy-to-navigate, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
- Interface with clients throughout project lifecycle
- Breakdown the technical components of the project
- Collaborate effectively with internal employees and contractors
- Provide subject matter expertise
- Complete other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern web development stacks in addition to Ignition is a plus
- You have a passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
- You have experience working with large, imperfect data sets
- You readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutions
- You demonstrate analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communication skills
- You thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
- You enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm events
- You have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client location
Benefits
$125,000 - $155,000 a year
