Responsibilities

  • Partner with your direct leader and other leaders within Go-to-Market to plan and implement the long-term vision for supporting our customers through the solutions engineering journey
  • Collaborate within the Solutions teams and their leaders to refine and improve our engagement and escalation processes for the teams we support
  • Analyze call volume and patterns, with a focus on optimization, and report on the progress of OKRs and other team metrics to senior management
  • Work with our HR and talent teams to continue to grow the team in EMEA
  • Work with our Partnerships team to support our Channel Partner Program
  • Contribute to highly effective onboarding and development processes for current and future team members
  • Work closely with the team to develop a program for continuously improving customer interaction efficiency and quality
  • Build upon a strong foundation of continuous learning by identifying and providing opportunities for the team to expand their knowledge and develop their skills
  • Support and nurture an exceptionally collaborative team by creating a strong culture of feedback, psychological safety, and communication
