Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business development or consulting, with a demonstrated ability to secure and manage significant client engagements within the Fortune 500 landscape
- Deep understanding of consumer analytics, influencer analytics, persuasion modeling, and experimental design, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives at major corporations
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that address the unique needs of each client
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results
Responsibilities
- Leverage your network to secure new client engagements with major corporations within the first 90 days of hire, aligning BlueLabs' capabilities with client strategic needs
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field of analytics
- Lead and manage a portfolio of engagements, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions that exceed expectations and drive measurable impact
- Lead engagement and growth strategy, driving the team to achieve and exceed its growth targets
- Advocate for client needs internally, ensuring project success and contributing to BlueLabs' market positioning
- Expertise in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
- Serve as a subject matter expert on BlueLabs' offerings and technical capabilities, ensuring clarity and understanding within your portfolio, and the ability to effectively communicate offerings to potential and current clients
- Serve as the final reviewer for proposals, pitch decks, deliverables, and related materials for both prospective and existing clients within the Commercial Practice portfolio
- Prepare weekly reports detailing the status of new prospects and existing client relationships, and present updates to departmental and organizational leadership
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and delivery excellence
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of thought leadership content, showcasing BlueLabs' expertise and expanding the organizationβs profile and visibility across the industry
- Partner with the departmental and organizational leadership to develop and deploy strategic growth initiatives, assessing market trends, identifying opportunities, and translating strategy into action
- Lead and develop a Commercial Practice team, providing direct management, guidance, and support for their professional growth
