Summary

Join our team at Carda Health as an Administrative Assistant, where you'll play a critical role in the daily operations of our clinic. As a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, you'll provide administrative support to our member experience & clinical teams, manage patient communications, and ensure efficient workflow within the clinic.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms
  • Electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with a patient-centered approach
  • Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
  • Manage patient records
  • Coordinate follow-up communications
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks including call & email management and data entry
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and chat
  • Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Coordinate with our providers, technical support, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Assist patients and staff with basic troubleshooting of telehealth platforms and other software
