Requirements

  • Experienced practitioner in the implementation of reports and analytics using the Microsoft platform, including; Azure, Fabric, Power BI, Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of logical and physical data modelling concepts
  • Knowledge of data transformation and analysis techniques
  • Practical experience using an Agile delivery methodology
  • Ability to analyse datasets to derive meaningful insight
  • Ability to deliver innovative visualisations/reports within a business context and support the BI Business Analyst to communicate them to stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Business Analysis and Product Management teams to design and develop use cases in Azure DevOps
  • Translate the ADO use cases into designs
  • Engage with Data Architecture and Data Engineering teams to develop the reports and analytics to agreed data and technical standards
  • Prepare and analyse large datasets to deliver relevant insights
  • Provide technical assistance with training and support for the new reports and analytics
