Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ of proven sales experience in financial services, leasing, or related industries
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and business owners
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target industries and verticals
- Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and financial analyses to understand client requirements
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, financial models, and presentations
- Deal Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and address client inquiries to successfully close deals
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with clients throughout the sales process
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to facilitate seamless deal execution and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities, pipeline development, and deal progress
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing training
