Requirements

• Practical experience in performance/growth/demand marketing with successful project execution in a dynamic B2B environment
• Deep knowledge of paid media channels, especially paid search and social media (especially LinkedIn Ads), to generate high-quality leads
• Excellent written communication skills in German to optimize ad copy for increased conversions
• Ability to manage end-to-end campaigns over email, paid media (social, search & display), organic search, and social media, delivering tangible results on pipeline and revenue growth

Responsibilities

• Set up growth marketing and ABM campaigns over various digital channels like SEM, Email, Social Media, and Paid Media
• Start and optimize paid media initiatives to generate new leads with sustainable CPA
• Manage paid search campaigns over Google Ads and Microsoft Search to maximize ROAS
• Oversee demand generation campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Capterra
• Work closely with regional marketing teams and the Head of Partner Marketing to execute campaigns successfully
• Develop targeted ABM campaigns in alignment with sales goals, addressing our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
