  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
  • Expertise in Google Ads, including managing Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, utilizing its features to optimize campaigns and track performance
  • Proven experience in $10k - 100K Ad spend per month
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics 4, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating custom reports
  • 2-3 years of experience working with a variety of industries

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing paid media strategies to meet client goals and maximize return on investment
  • Managing PPC campaigns across various platforms, including campaign setup, budget allocation, and bid management
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, using data to inform optimizations and strategic decisions
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategy
  • Collaborating with clients and the internal team to discuss campaign goals, progress, and optimizations
  • Implementing tracking solutions, including setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager
  • Staying updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure strategies are in line with best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing agency experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking and the use of Google Tag Manager
