Summary

Join iObeya and strengthen our engaged DACH team! As a Consultant, you will be responsible for qualifying potential customers, conducting product demos, training users and administrators, developing service concepts with large clients, and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify potential customers by participating in initial conversations coordinated by the sales team to identify their challenges and requirements
  • Conduct high-quality product demos and answer functional and technical questions from interested parties
  • Train users and administrators through workshops and knowledge transfer
  • Work with large clients to develop and deliver service concepts that enable a seamless transition of their Lean and Agile methods onto iObeya
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the process
  • Work with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from iObeya
  • Manage customer transformation projects: implementation strategy, planning, organization, community animation, global coordination, and reporting
  • Identify new use cases within organizations, share this information with the relevant sales colleague, and develop approaches to support growth within the organization
  • Serve as an interface to iObeya's R&D by passing on solution improvements and future requirements to the roadmap, and participating in functional design of integration or adaptation projects
