Remote Oracle Security Analyst

Join Talentus as an Oracle Security Analyst in a full-time, 100% remote role. We're seeking a highly skilled professional to manage security data management and information security risk for one of our US clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Security, Business Continuity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security data management
• Proficiency in reporting tools such as OBIEE, data manipulation, and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of risk management disciplines, including information security, IT risk, vendor risk, and operational risk
• In-depth knowledge of security policies and information systems
• Ability to analyze and report security incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Innovative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and geographies
• Experience participating in security audits and driving operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Ensure that access requests are well-documented, understood, and escalated to management when necessary
• Regularly audit system access to ensure accuracy and policy adherence
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines among employees and escalate non-compliance issues as required
• Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, assets, facilities, and regulatory requirements to effectively manage security risks
• Conduct continuous monitoring and periodic updates to security program materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Prepare for and participate in both internal and external security audits
• Analyze security incidents and perform root cause analysis to mitigate future risks
• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere and maintain effective working relationships across different teams and regions
