Responsibilities
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
- Reconcile conflicts
- Decompose high-level information into details
- Abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
- Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Defect management and issue management skills
- Develop BRD
- Hands on experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Comprehensive and detailed quality analysis
- Build and maintain testing record on the portal
- Work on multiple issue testing as assigned
- Perform step by step documentation
- Coordinate testing with test lead and management team
- Continuously learns and applies best practices for QA and testing
- Provides reasonable task and project cost/effort estimates
- Ensures quality delivery of software into production
- Tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices
- Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards
- Assists as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required
- Accepts other duties as assigned
