Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Recipient of a Change Management Certification, via ACMP Qualified Education Provider
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Standard for Change Management
  • Experience with and knowledge of Digital Transformation management principles and methodologies
  • Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Excellent managerial skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Influence a change management methodology and tools
  • Create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the enterprise level
  • Coordinating any major change across the enterprise, such as policy, technological, operational, and governance changes
  • Create change plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements
  • Conducting workshops to provide clients with information on any major changes
  • Spotting any change-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise program and/or change management within federal government
  • Familiar with digital identity concepts and program delivery
  • Certified Change Management Professional Certification

We are looking for a dynamic Organizational Change Management (OCM) leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading OCM and communications for a large Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program. This includes leading content creation and approval, training, internal communications, integration with the project teams to track and vet progress, and support of implemented change.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
