  • Manage LinkedIn messaging and email communication for business development using pre-provided templates and copy
  • Reach out to leads, follow up, and ensure consistent outreach across platforms
  • Set up and send emails via Constant Contact or HubSpot
  • Ensure proper follow-ups and engagement with leads
  • Engage with warm leads on LinkedIn, maintain relationships, and drive future business opportunities
  • Create flyers and marketing materials as needed using Canva
  • Track and manage leads in HubSpot, updating details and recording follow-ups
  • Monitor LinkedIn trends and insights to keep outreach relevant and effective
  • Assist in LinkedIn community engagement by responding to inquiries and warm leads
  • Support content posting on LinkedIn, and if familiar or willing to learn WordPress, assist with blog or content posting on the company website
  • Stay organized while managing multiple outreach campaigns
  • Communicate lead engagement status with the internal team

Job description

Our client is a dynamic capital management firm seeking a Outreach Marketing Specialist to support administrative tasks related to outreach and business development. The ideal candidate will have experience with two or more tools such as LinkedIn, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and Canva.

Location:

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach Management:

    • Manage LinkedIn messaging and email communication for business development using pre-provided templates and copy.

    • Reach out to leads, follow up, and ensure consistent outreach across platforms.

  • Email Communication:

    • Set up and send emails via Constant Contact or HubSpot.

    • Ensure proper follow-ups and engagement with leads.

  • Lead Nurturing:

    • Engage with warm leads on LinkedIn, maintain relationships, and drive future business opportunities.
  • Content Creation:

    • Create flyers and marketing materials as needed using Canva.
  • HubSpot Management:

    • Track and manage leads in HubSpot, updating details and recording follow-ups.
  • Community Engagement:

    • Monitor LinkedIn trends and insights to keep outreach relevant and effective.

  • Active Engagement: Participation in LinkedIn engagement with relevant trends and timely responses to warm leads.
