Requirements

  • Paid Media Marketer with 2+ years in paid search, social, and display advertising, skilled in Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of ad metrics with a data-driven approach to exceed campaign goals
  • Skilled in synthesizing and communicating data insights to stakeholders
  • Manages multiple projects and deadlines effectively, quickly adapting to new tools and platforms
  • Combines technical expertise with creativity, collaborating across teams (creative, social, email, marketing ops, BI, engineering, SEO)
  • Has full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Build ad campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and more
  • Support our expansion onto new ad channels
  • Conduct keyword and audience research to inform campaign targeting
  • Build audiences using a variety of first and third-party data sources & tools
  • Configure end-to-end conversion and lead tracking using third-party integrations
  • Initiate and manage creative requests to get ad assets from our design team
  • Query, manipulate and analyze data from multiple sources both within ad channels and externally Google Sheets, Looker Studio and Tableau
  • Identify and suggest optimization opportunities based on performance data
