Remote Partner Development Manager

Summary

Join our team and drive partner strategy and growth for the Benelux region. You will be responsible for managing relationships with partners, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with the Partner Account Executive and Partnership Lead.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in managing agency partners in a SaaS environment
• Prior experience in HR Tech space is a plus, but not a prerequisite
• Fluency in Dutch & English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner growth strategies to drive revenue
• Manage and grow relationships with existing partners
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with our company's strategic goals
• Ensure partner-sourced business (leads, deals) is tracked and reported accurately
• Oversee partner portfolio pipeline (joint with PAE)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners’ success (i.e. they have the necessary enablement, education, and support)
