Requirements

• 1-2+ years’ experience in accounting/business/finance field required
• Expertise in customer service
• SQL or advanced Microsoft Excel skillset a plus
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with our vendors via email
• Analyze monthly financial statement accounts against prior month and prior year actuals
• Understand and execute end-to-end payables life cycle
• Reconcile payables with an open balance at month end and assist in weekly payment processes
• Execute tasks in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, department, and team metrics
