Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Work Experience: 3+ years； Domain Experience: 2 years
• Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Proficiency with MS Suite and G Suite Applications
• Organizational skills
• Clear communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and discrepancies resolved
• Prepare financial reports by consolidating invoice and payment data, and review aging reports to ensure timely and accurate closure of financial periods
• Manage the full cycle of invoice processing, ensuring timely payments, adherence to controls, and proper recording in the system
• Review accounts payable aging reports, address overdue invoices and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
• Act as the point of contact for finance-related inquiries and escalate issues to relevant teams for timely resolution
• Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements, maintaining accurate documentation of financial processes
• Provide insights through financial reporting, including reconciliation summaries and aging reports
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency in finance operations
• Support various finance-related projects as assigned
