Summary

As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing payroll, handling absence records, controlling social declarations, and ensuring compliance with legal developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative HR experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology startup environment
  • Knowledge of HRIS preferred Payfit
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Review payroll (pay variables, calculations, absences, final settlements, etc.) and manage payments
  • Handle absence records and track time: sick leave, work accidents, insurance
  • Control social declarations
  • Stay up to date with legal developments and ensure compliance in your area
  • Onboarding: Draft contracts, amendments, supervise the creation and update of personnel files, manage hiring formalities (DPAE, health and insurance enrollment), medical affiliations, and track medical check-ups
  • Daily: Handle declarations, manage visas for foreign employees, update staff records, and manage employment contracts for freelancers
  • Offboarding: Prepare โ€œFrance Travailโ€ certificates, final settlements, etc
  • Social Reporting: Prepare the social report, produce HR data tables as needed
