As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing payroll, handling absence records, controlling social declarations, and ensuring compliance with legal developments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative HR experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology startup environment
- Knowledge of HRIS preferred Payfit
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Review payroll (pay variables, calculations, absences, final settlements, etc.) and manage payments
- Handle absence records and track time: sick leave, work accidents, insurance
- Control social declarations
- Stay up to date with legal developments and ensure compliance in your area
- Onboarding: Draft contracts, amendments, supervise the creation and update of personnel files, manage hiring formalities (DPAE, health and insurance enrollment), medical affiliations, and track medical check-ups
- Daily: Handle declarations, manage visas for foreign employees, update staff records, and manage employment contracts for freelancers
- Offboarding: Prepare โFrance Travailโ certificates, final settlements, etc
- Social Reporting: Prepare the social report, produce HR data tables as needed
