Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project or programme management role in a customer facing environment or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a structured, quality environment
  • Experience of delivering complex IT projects
  • Ability to identify and effectively manage risks and issues
  • Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP)
  • Excellent commercial awareness including bid preparation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Creation and continuous development of the DAS (Digital Application Services) Project Delivery Framework and underpinning processes
  • Development of all project delivery templates and artefacts, creating consistency across all projects for DAS customers
  • Effectively manage, motivate and communicate with project managers to ensure they have clear and defined roles and responsibilities, and development opportunities
  • Overall accountability of project and service delivery performance
  • Responsible for reviewing project forecasting, highlight reports, closure reports and ensuring the DAS Project Delivery Framework is upheld
  • Creation and continuous development of the DAS Governance and Reporting Model, ensuring accurate project performance reporting and analysis to Senior Leadership Team
  • Onboarding and offboarding for all DAS permanent and contract staff, ensuring a consistent employee experience
