Summary
Join TCP on its journey of growth and innovation as a Manager of Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for establishing the PMO infrastructure, managing a team, and implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree or higher required
- 8+ years overall engineering experience including a minimum of 3 years of project management and leadership experience
- Proven experience managing programs, projects, operations, services, and teams in matrix and global environments
- Proven experience leading complex management initiatives, establishing new company processes, and driving change management
- Experience in scaled Agile methodologies
- Proven experience providing visibility of project status through relevant and accurate information; developing & tracking projects eplace ew plans and ensuring accountability at all levels
Responsibilities
- Implement and refine Agile and Scrum Methodologies across the engineering organization
- Provide visibility to the engineering leadership by rolling out consistent Scrum Metrics across various scrum teams
- Mentor, guide, and train existing Scrum Masters and Development Managers, leading to improved performance and accountability
- Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, action items, and timelines throughout projects and hold owners accountable for their commitments
- Identify dependencies and possible issues across teams programs processes and make sure they are known, owned, and mitigated
- Facilitate the product portfolio strategic alignment and verify the portfolio priorities are decided and communicated to the organization
- Create visibility, alignment & clarity across the engineering organization
- Communicate management decision to the organization and report back the ongoing status of the projects
- Proactively drive change and develop the organization to be efficient, lean, and cloud oriented
- Define eplace ew processes and roll out new and updated processes to the organization
- Manage the standard operating process document repository
- Define and track KPIs for measuring the organization's success and efficiency
- Work with Product Strategy eplace ew Services to streamline the cloud delivery process
- Facilitate discussions to understand lessons learned
