Summary
Join RELEX as a Presales Solution Principal and leverage your expertise in sales strategy, subject matter knowledge, and process facilitation to enhance the sales team's effectiveness. This fully remote role focuses on expanding RELEX's presence in the manufacturing and CPG sectors. You will conduct discovery sessions, develop RELEX viewpoints, lead workshops, and drive innovation with prospects. Responsibilities include creating tailored demonstrations of RELEX capabilities, providing thought leadership, and aligning retail planning and supply chain strategies. You will also assist in creating Proof of Concepts and collaborate with internal functional groups. The role involves client interaction, presentation delivery, and the development of sales materials. This position offers competitive compensation and a flexible work environment.
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of business logic (e.g. Forecasting, Replenishment, Safety Stock Optimization, Capacity Management etc.)

Responsibilities
- Leverage your hands-on business experience, industry knowledge, supply chain expertise, combined with RELEX and competitive solution familiarity and communications skills, to conduct discovery, develop a RELEX point of view, lead workshops, and drive innovation with RELEX prospects
- Leverage deep RELEX solution expertise and exercise configuration skills to create tailored demonstrations of RELEX capabilities within the solution
- Provide thought leadership and work with business leadership and their teams to align their retail planning and supply chain strategy to provide a strong business case supported by compelling value proposition for deploying RELEX
- Understand a prospect’s needs through discovery sessions, then assembling a demonstration of what a RELEX solution would look like if implemented
- Assist in creating Proof of Concepts and influence approach and configuration when necessary
- Collaborate with internal functional groups including Professional Services, Central Presales, Product Strategy, and Product Management
- Interacting with clients and presenting to prospect audiences
- Develop and customize sales material
- Utilize your practical business experience, industry insights, and supply chain knowledge, combined with a thorough understanding of RELEX and competitive solutions, to conduct exploratory discussions, formulate RELEX’s perspective, facilitate workshops, and foster innovation with prospective clients
- Apply your in-depth expertise in RELEX solutions to customize demonstrations that effectively showcase the platform’s capabilities
- Provide strategic thought leadership by collaborating with business executives and their teams to align retail planning and supply chain strategies, thereby establishing a compelling business case for implementing RELEX
- Conduct discovery sessions to gain insight into a prospect’s requirements and subsequently assemble a demonstration that illustrates the potential implementation of a RELEX solution
- Assist in developing Proof of Concepts and provide guidance on approach and configuration as needed
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including Professional Services, Central Presales, Product Strategy, Product Management, and Product Marketing
- Engage with clients and deliver presentations to prospective audiences
- Create and customize sales materials to support the sales process
