Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, AND technical leadership roles, with a proven record of managing and delivering complex cross-functional programs in a tech-driven environment
- Experience working in FinTech businesses and delivering large scale technical and financial products and programs to execution
- Strong background in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deep technical fluency
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic frameworks and standardize processes for high-impact delivery across multiple programs
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with a history of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical partners
- Results-oriented with a strategic mindset; proven ability to drive multiple programs to successful completion with a sense of urgency
- Strong problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate insights clearly
- Adaptable, iterative, and feedback-driven; embraces challenges as learning opportunities for continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Drive execution for major cross-functional programs, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Employ advanced forecasting, risk management, and intake strategies to mitigate potential delays and dependencies
- Quickly understand the scope, requirements, and risks associated with new and existing programs. Be ready to dive deep into technical and operational details, rapidly get up to speed, and identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth program execution
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across R&D, Product, and Engineering, collaborating on roadmap planning and resource allocation to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency
- Serve as a mentor to other TPMs, promoting best practices, knowledge-sharing, and skill development. Act as a trusted advisor and resource within the TPM organization, supporting team members in achieving their full potential
- Leverage your technical fluency to guide teams, establishing best practices and fostering continuous improvement. Encourage innovation within program teams by setting technical fluency standards and facilitating professional growth
