Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in process optimization or project management
- Strong data analysis skills, with a systematic thinking approach and problem-solving ability
- Proficient in using analysis tools such as flowcharts, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive the successful implementation of optimization efforts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively engaging with cross-functional teams or internal staff
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify issues, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Propose process optimization recommendations, and design and implement improvement plans to enhance process efficiency and work quality
- Work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of process optimization projects and the meeting of the needs of all stakeholders
- Collect and analyze key process-related data, monitor the effectiveness of improvements, and regularly report optimization progress to management
- Provide training and guidance on process improvements to relevant departments and staff, ensuring the optimized processes are effectively implemented and sustained over the long term
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, Kettle, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is preferred; experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma is a plus
