Remote Procure to Pay Global Process Owner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 8+ years of experience in process management, with a track record of successfully optimizing and standardizing global processes
• Deep understanding of the procure to pay process and experience working on transformational programs; experience with manufacturing supply chain is a bonus
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience in technology enablement, ERP implementation experience in the P2P space is a plus, and familiarity with process automation tools

Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to define the end-to-end procure to pay process taxonomy and owners of various parts of the end-to-end procure to pay process
• Develop deep relationships with key business process owners to develop a holistic procure to pay roadmap
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the procure to pay process, including its inputs, outputs, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Align the procure to pay process with the organization's strategic goals and objectives through collaboration with business process owners and senior management
• Work with business owners of various parts of the process to establish and maintain standardized process documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Promote best practices and minimize process variations across regions and business segments
• Continuously analyze the procure to pay process leveraging process mining tools and other knowledge of best practices to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Work with business owners to implement process enhancements to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
• Lead change initiatives related to prioritized procure to pay initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful process improvements
• Manage resistance to change and ensure smooth implementation of process changes
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the end-to-end procure to pay process
• Analyze data and provide regular reports to management and other key stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, business owners, subject matter experts, and technology teams
• Engage with business owners of various parts of the end-to-end procure to pay process to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure that decisions made related to any single part of the procure to pay process make sense for the process end to end, and ensure that downstream changes are well communicated and addressed
